Pniewnik 1 y 2
The Pniewnik 1 and Pniewnik 2 BESS projects, developed under the SPV Salvia Sp. z o. o. are both located in the Mazovia region. Currently in the development phase, the facilities will provide installed capacities of 48 MW/4h charge and 4h discharge and 32 MW/4h charge and 4h discharge, respectively.
Based on their projected footprints the Polish National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management has awarded €10.45 million (44.9 million PLN) to Pniewnik 1 and €11.55 million (49.7 million PLN) to Pniewnik 2. These grants are intended to promote and support the development of this type of infrastructure. As non refundable funding, they do not require repayment.
