Iberdrola Internacional closes 2025 with strong momentum in offshore wind power and strategic expansion in Australia

The Iberdrola Group achieved historic figures in 2025 with a total investment of €14.46 billion.

The Iberdrola Group achieved historic figures in 2025 with a total investment of €14.46 billion and a 12% increase in net profit to €6.285 billion, driven mainly by growth in the network business. Adjusted EBITDA amounts to £15.68 billion (+3%), with notable growth of 21% in Networks and an expansion of the regulated asset base to £51 billion (+12%).

 

Iberdrola Internacional's EBITDA at the end of 2025 stood at €795.8 million, up 10.4%. In addition, Iberdrola Internacional's installed renewable capacity at the end of 2025 reached 4,933 MW, up 20.3% on the same period last year. Renewable production grew by 17.2% to 9,280 GWh.

Iberdrola Australia, a subsidiary of Iberdrola Internacional, is consolidating its position as a strategic hub within the 2025-2028 plan.The company continues to expand its presence in the country, where it is pursuing new opportunities in networks and transport, including a €1.2 billion project that consolidates Australia as one of the markets with the greatest potential for its renewable and regulated infrastructure expansion.
